Due to the geographic nature of the region, all North Western trials are held on weekends or outside school hours. This is done to minimise the cost to schools with release of staff and time absent from school. This also allows parents to travel with the children and attend trials.
Media Consent
Specific parent consent is required for participation in the Queensland Representative School Sport (QRSS) program which consists of teams attending district, region, state, interstate, national and international events. Parents are required to complete the QRSS Student Consent Form when the student first competes at district level. This form is specific to the Sport/Team being selected and will be handed out with the team selection paperwork.
